QR error correction is not a licence to cover the code
Error correction helps recover encoded data under the supported conditions; it does not establish a universally safe logo area. Keep artwork changes, the product’s plan-based mark and physical scan testing as separate decisions.

Check HTTPS on both the short route and its destination
The short hostname and the destination can have separate HTTPS conditions. A secure connection to the short route does not certify the page it redirects to, and a working destination does not prove the branded short hostname is ready.

Review a link CSV before sharing it outside the team
A link export can contain more context than its short addresses suggest. Review destinations, query values, titles and business ownership before sharing a copy; CSV export is not automatic anonymization.

Read Top links as a maintenance and distribution report
Top links ranks recorded route activity within the selected scope and window. Use it to find important routes to inspect, not as a ranking of revenue, qualified prospects or successful customer tasks.

What Top social can and cannot tell you about distribution
Top social summarizes requests with recognized social referrer context in the selected scope. It is not a complete inventory of every request that originated in a social app; missing referrers and copied routes limit that interpretation.

Why a folder-scoped API key cannot see another folder’s links
A folder-scoped key is intentionally confined to its assigned folder and organization. Check the key’s scope and the requested operation before interpreting an empty result or refusal as a missing-link incident.

The same custom slug can exist on different short domains
A short route is identified by its hostname and slug together. The same path can exist on separate domains, while a collision on the same domain is refused; keep the full address in inventories and print approvals.

Analytics history is not the same as deleting old click records
A dashboard history entitlement limits the available analytics window. It does not by itself mean that every older click record has been deleted, and an all-time link endpoint is not the same report as a date-scoped dashboard view.

Which destination wins when previews, passwords, app targets and A/B tests overlap?
A saved link can have several configured behaviors, but a request follows the supported precedence rather than every path at once. Review status, preview, password, mobile target and test eligibility before interpreting a result.

Choose a SendURL plan around the job your links need to do
Choose capacity, history and paid controls around the actual workflow: how many routes you retain, when you review them, whether destinations change and what QR artwork you need. More features do not replace clear measurement.
