Shipping & Delivery Policy

SendURL is an online URL shortening and link analytics service. Our paid plans are subscriptions to that service. They are digital: nothing is shipped, and there are no shipping or delivery charges.

• Access is granted on payment confirmation. As soon as Razorpay, our payment processor, confirms your payment, the plan is applied to your SendURL workspace, usually within a few minutes.
• You use the plan online, in the console at console.sendurl.to and through our API. Nothing needs to be downloaded or installed.
• If you paid before creating an account, the plan is applied to the workspace of the account that signs in with the email address you used at checkout, once that address is verified.
• Branded QR codes, custom domains, CSV exports, extra seats and the email support reply times are provided with the plans that list them and set up by our team on request: write to support@sendurl.to and we reply within the time your plan lists.
• Each renewal is delivered the same way: your plan simply continues into the next billing period.

If your plan is not active within an hour of a successful payment, write to support@sendurl.to with the email address you paid with and, if you have it, the Razorpay payment id. If we cannot deliver the plan you paid for, we refund the payment in full, as set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
